What the Scheme is

To subdivide selected rich lands into one hundred Farms of 400 to 600 acres each.

To erect a House, Sheds and Outbuildings on each.

To clear one-third of each ready for the plough.

To securely fence in the whole and provide a Water Supply.

These thoroughly up-to-date luxurious farms are offered to bona fide settlers from Great Britain on exceptionally liberal terms, viz. 10 per cent cash deposit and the balance in equal annual instalments extending over 20 years, balances carrying interest at 5½ per cent per annum.  Next Page >>
