In 1924 his brother Joseph CHAPMAN purchased their cousin Frederick A. CHANDLER's farm in Carnamah-Winchester [27]
Sold his partially paid off 838 farm in Carnamah-Winchester to Quentin H. JAMES on 20 January 1930 [27]
Married Jessie M. CRUTE in 1931 [66]
He was living in Lowden when he enlisted in Donnybrook's local Volunteer Defence Corps in 1942 [16]
