"JOHNSON - On January 1, at Three Springs, Constance Aline (Cupid), dearly beloved daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Tom Johnston, of Carnamah, aged two years and four months."


From The Midlands Advertiser newspaper, Friday 12 January 1923:
Carnamah Notes
"A gloom was passed over the district by the death of the daughter of Mr and Mrs T. Johnston, of Carnamah, and the sympathy of the whole district is extended to Mr and Mrs T. Johnston. The funeral took place on Tuesday, January 2nd, and the child's remains were laid to rest in the Three Springs Cemetery."

In Memoriam
JOHNSTON - In loving memory of our little daughter Constance Aline (Cupie), who passed away suddenly at Three Springs on New Year's Daym 1923. Inserted by her sorrowing parents T. and V. E. Johnston, Dunston Park, Carnamah."
