Around the same time in May 1927 he purchased about 7,000 acres in Three Springs from Herbert P. OAKLEY [86: 17-May-1927]
In March 1928 he sold 7,100 acres of farmland in Three Springs to EVANS Bros for 50/- per acre [4: 17-Mar-1928]
Resided at 38 Holmfirth Street, then in the Perth suburb of Mount Lawley and now in the suburb of Menora, from 1930 to 1936 [6] [50]
Retained ownership of his 13,715 acre Lot M1647 near Carnamah until selling it to F. W. Gustav LIEBE on 10 May 1935 [27]
Later resided in the southern coastal Perth suburb of Coogee [2]
Died 13 March 1945; buried at the Karrakatta Cemetery in Perth, Western Australia (Anglican, WF, 254) [2]
