Country News - Dalwallinu
"There died in the local hospital, on January 22, Mr Frank Leslie Dewar, aged 61 years. The late Mr Dewar was a member of the original 28th Battalion, A.I.F., serving on Gallipoli and in France, and possessed the 1915 star, in addition to other decorations. He was also a South African medallist, with two bars. The funeral took place on January 28, being well attended by returned soldiers. He leaves five children."
