He sold his Kallaroo Farm in Berkshire Valley to Levi BUTCHER [39: 2-Feb-1938]
In early 1928 he purchased the 1,000 acre Kirkham's Farm in Three Springs from Charles C. MALEY [4: 10-Mar-1928]
