On 13 October 1911 her mother married George Patterson DUNCAN at the Baptist Church in Adelaide, South Australia [55]
Later resided with her mother and stepfather at 2 Chelmsford Road in the Perth suburb of Mount Lawley [120: 2-May-1919]
Married Thomas GARTH on 1 March 1919 at the Baptist Church in North Perth [120: 2-May-1919]
Resided with her husband on Glenyarri Farm on the Yarra Yarra Estate in Carnamah 1921-1928 [6] [7: page 8]
While pregnant with her third child she was the only woman in their part of the Carnamah district [7: page 8]
Her mother set up house in Moora for the birth, and she was to travel there by train when the time came [7: page 8]
Travelled to Carnamah with her two children to meet the train however realising the birth was imminent she had to seek help [7: page 8]
She was aided by Mrs Chris FORRESTER and Mrs Elsie FERGUSON, giving birth to the child on Mrs FERGUSON's bed [7: page 8]
Won 1st prize for Half Dozen Eggs exhibited at the Annual Show & Sports Carnival in Carnamah on 20 September 1923 [86: 4-Oct-1923]
Attended the Grand Plain & Fancy Dress Ball in Carnamah on 6 August 1925 in an evening dress of prune velvet [9: 21-Aug-1925]
