The 470 acres was Lot M826 of Victoria Location 2020, which cost £399/10/- (17/- per acre) and was payable by instalments [27]
From 1911 to 1914 his 470 acres was presumably farmed by Frederick HORNSBY who'd purchased the adjacent two lots [27] [44]
Later also acquired the 491 acre Lot M819 of Victoria Location 2020 in Three Springs from John C. WALKER [27] [44]
Died 1934 [15]
