On arrival in Carnamah in company with William H. ARSCOTT entered the railway station premises [88]
After unintentionally locking the door they went to sleep in beds within the premises [88]
The Midland Railway Company reported the locked door and that they suspected someone was inside at 5:30 a.m. [88]
Constable Maurice PLUNKETT of the Carnamah Police Station investigated the matter and arrested the two men [88]
They had not disturbed anything within the premises however were charged with trespassing [88]
Later on 4 March 1938 went before the Carnamah Police Court where he was cautioned and ordered to pay costs of 1/- [88]
