His uncle Frank THOMAS rose to notoriety as "Thomas the Bushranger" in Coorow, Carnamah and surrounding districts [P1]
Presumably resided with his parents in Arrino in 1921, in Dongara 1921-1928 and possibly in Mingenew in 1929 and 1930 [19] [50]
He later lived in Geraldton where he worked as a Labourer
In 1936 he was living with his mother at93 Durlacher Street in Geraldton and in 1937 at 24 Snowden Road in Geraldton [50]
Resided in Geraldton until enlisting in the Australian Army on 4 December 1940 [16]
Private WX9647 in the Australian Army's A.I.F. Headquarters during the Second World War [16]
Married Ruth Josephine BUNTER on 24 April 1943 at Saint Mary's Cathedral on Victoria Square in Perth [P465]
Discharged from the Australian Army on 25 April 1944 [16] and began working as a Truck Driver for a company called Fletchers [P465]
Later worked as a Waterside Worker, of Wharfie, on the Fremantle Docks [P465]
He and his wife resided in East Perth for eight years and then for many years at 84 Moulden Avenue in the Perth suburb of Yokine [P465]
Resided of late in the Perth suburb of Alexander Heights [2]
Father of Neil Charles and Paul Edward [P465]
Died 10 February 2003; ashes interred at the Pinnaroo Valley Memorial Park in Perth (Cassia Court, Niche Wall, W23, 49) [2]
