Her father was a butcher and following his death her mother worked as a grocer, butcher and storekeeper from home ^[20]
In 1891 was living with her mother, uncle Henry SPRY and sisters Ada and Dorothy at 3 West Street in Tavistock, Devon, England ^[20]
Later resided at 13 Brook Street in Tavistock with her mother, sisters Emlyn, Ada and Dorothy and grandmother Mary Ann SPRY ^[20]
By 1901, at the age of 16 years, she was working as an Elementary School Teacher ^[20]
Married "Archibald" Henry Archibald WOODBURY in 1911 in Devon, England ^[21]
     She departed from Liverpool, England on the steamship Afric on 21 December 1912 bound for Albany, Western Australia ^[203]
She and her husband resided d at the State School in Three Springs, Western Australia 1917-1926 ^{[6] [10] [73]}
     Sewing Mistress at the Three Springs State School 1917-1922 and in 1924, on an annual salary of £15 and later £20 ^[73]
     Member of the Three Springs Tennis Club in 1917 and 1919 ^{[10: 23-Nov-1917, 27-Jun-1919]}
     Won the Married Ladies Running Race at the Peace Celebrations held in Three Springs on Saturday 19 July 1919 ^{[10: 25-Jul-1919]}

During her husband's leave in 1923 she, her husband and their son Colin spent five months in England ^{[203] [204]}
     They departed Fremantle, Western Australia on the steamship Largs Bay and arrived in Plymouth, England on 27 January 1923 ^[204]
     Resided at 13 Chapel Street in Tavistock, Devon, England and at 14 East Reach in Taunton, Somerset, England ^{[203] [204]}
     They departed London, England on the steamship Jervis Bay on 5 June 1923 and arrived back in Fremantle on 6 July 1923 ^{[63] [203]}
In 1926 she owned a Chevrolet car registered with the Carnamah District Road Board with license plate CA-70 ^[325]
Resided at the State School in Dongara in 1927 ^[19]
She travelled down to Perth by the Friday train on 23 September 1927 to meet her mother was was arriving from England ^{[4: 17-Sep-1927]}
Later resided in the Perth suburb of Victoria Park ^[2]
Died 1 January 1955; buried at the Karrakatta Cemetery in Perth, Western Australia (Anglican, ZN, 586) ^[2]
