He grew Gluclub wheat on the 800 acres of Cardo, which was estimated to have yielded nine bags per acre [39: 3-Dec-1937]
During his 1937 harvest on Cardo Farm he harvested 1,069 bags of wheat in a single day using four harvesters [39: 3-Dec-1937]
In 1948 he leased 4,000 acres of the enormous Waddi property that belonged to F. W. Gustav LIEBE [404: 6-Aug-1948]
Geoffrey T. TREMLETT share-cropped 2,000 of the leased acres on Waddi [404: 6-Aug-1948]
At the time he was also leasing or owned the 8,000 acre Lake Nedo property in Latham, which was managed by R. KOWALD [404]
