Obituary - Late Mrs E. Sheahan - Death at Three Springs
"It is with extreme regret that we record the death of Mrs E. Sheahan, the sad event having taken place at Three Springs on Friday of last week. The deceased lady who was born at Motherwell (Scotland) early in 1891, has resided at Three Springs for nearly thirty years, and she is survived by her husband (Mr Edward Sheahan), three sons (Messrs Joseph, Edward and Thomas Sheahan) and one daughter (Mrs Knucky). The funeral took place in the Catholic portion of the Three Springs Cemetery with the Rev. Father Lynch officiating, and at the graveside were quite a large number of relatives and friends of the deceased lady. Amongst the wreaths and floral tributes laid on the grave were those from the following: - Dad, Tom and Joe; Ted, Phyllis and Alwyn; Norah and Jack and children; chairman, secretary and members of the Three Springs Road Board; Mr and Mrs A. E. Saggers and Rita; Mr and Mrs J. D. Gooch and family; Mr and Mrs B. Antonio and family; Mr & Mrs Luscombe and family; Mr & Mrs R. Black and family; Mr & Mrs C. Burge and family; Mr and Mrs C. F. Coffey; Mr and Mrs C. B. Thomas; Mr and Mrs E. Hunt and family; Mr and Mrs A. W. Potts; Mr and Mrs H. Nairn; Mr and Mrs J.C. Hunt and family; Mr and Mrs S.
