     Through the remainder of the year he worked doing contract work [P2]
Member of the Arrino Football Club 1921-1936 [9: 26-Aug-1921] [10: 28-Jul-1922] [5: 25-May-1934, 19-Jun-1936]
Farmhand in Yandanooka in 1927 [39: 12-Jan-1927]
He was one of 133 who signed a petition in 1927 requesting the granting of a Publican's License for Yandanooka [39: 12-Jan-1927]
Attended the Three Springs Agricultural Society's First Annual Show and Show Ball on Thursday 20 September 1928 [4]
     He and Charles B. DODD, also of Arrino, won the Relay Race in the Ring Events portion of the Show [4: 29-Sep-1928]
When he and another man were picking up a railway sleeper in Arrino a black snake wrapped its tail around his arm [5: 30-Mar-1934]
     The man holding the other end of the sleeper dropped his half and crushed the head of the snake, which measured over five feet [5]
Spent a holiday over Christmas 1934 and New Year 1935 at the beach in Dongara[5: 11-Jan-1935]
