During May 1927 his daughter Jessie was with him in Three Springs while on holidays from her Perth school [4: 21-May-1927]
He and the Commercial Hotel were telephone number Three Springs-1 [60]
Presumably left Three Springs later in 1927 when Randolph BARNHART became the Commercial Hotel's proprietor [4: 13-Aug-1927]
In October 1927 he took over the Gnowangerup Hotel in Gnowangerup [371: 12-Oct-1927]
