     He ran the Post Office with the assistance of Miss "Millie" Mildred M. PARKIN [4: 9-Jul-1927]
     Around the middle of 1927 the post office moved into its own building at 23 Macpherson Street in Carnamah [4: 9-Jul-1927]
     During his residence of eight or nine months he resided at the Carnamah Hotel [4: 10-Sep-1927] [19]
"To show their appreciation of his unfailing courtesy" he was given a send-off at the Carnamah Hall on Friday 2 September 1927 [4]
