     Won the Girls Over 9 Years Sack Race and the Girls Over 9 Years Potato Race [5]
     After her twin brother Vivian she came 2nd in the 14 Years Girls & Boys Running Race [5]
     Came 3rd in the Girls 10 Years & Over Skipping Race and in the Girls Over 9 Egg & Spoon Race [5]
Won 2nd prize for Pair of Pyjamas by Girl Under 16 in the Fancy Work section of the Coorow-Waddy Agricultural Show in 1937 [5]
     In the Educational section won 1st prizes for Needlework and Design Drawing and a 2nd prize for Writing [5: 10-Sep-1937]
Married (1) “Sonny” John Patrick SIMPSON on 21 August 1948 [P120]
     Resided with her husband on Alexander M. MCGILP’s Lake Nedo Farm in Waddy Forest [P84]
     From about 1960 until 1968 resided with  her husband on Victoria Location 10339 in Eneabba [P120]
     Her husband passed away from cancer the age of 55 years on 5 June 1968 and was buried at the Karrakatta Cemetery in Perth [P120]
After her husband’s death her brother Edgar helped her sell the farm in Eneabba and she retired to the Perth suburb of Bayswater [P120]
