His mother passed away from cardiac debility and bronchitis at the age pf 49 years in 1906 [28]
He departed from London, England with his father, sister Margaret and brothers Robert and Alexander on the Otranto in 1911 [P251]
They arrived on the steamship Otranto in Fremantle, Western Australia on 21 February 1911 [70]
After arrival in Western Australia he shifted with his brother Robert to somewhere near Coomberdale [P251]
