Gave his residence as Carnamah when he enlisted in the Australian Army on 30 October 1940 [16]
Private WX9318 in the Australian Army's 2/4 Machine Gun Battalion during the Second World War [16]
Also in the 2/4 Machine Gun Battalion were Doug CARTER, Bill BAILLIE and Charlie JENNINGS, also of Carnamah [0: image 04003]
Died from injuries in Japan on 23 March 1945 and had been a Prisoner of War [16] [18]
