Before shifting to Carnamah she worked as a Housekeeper at the Dongara Hotel in Dongara [50]
Resided at the Carnamah Hotel at 22 Macpherson Street in Carnamah 1925-1927 [19]
     Entrant in Carnamah's Popular Girl Competition in 1925 [9: 27-Feb-1925, 17-Apr-1925]
     Her part in the competition helped raise £136 for additions to Carnamah's hall and ornamental trees for local streets [9: 15-May-1925]
     Attended the Fancy Dress Ball held in the Carnamah Hall on 6 August 1925 dressed as a "Mulgaphone Exchange" [9: 21-Aug-1925]
     Awarded first prize for a Collection of Cut Blooms at the Carnamah District Agricultural Society's 1926 show [9: 15-Oct-1926]
     Helped raise funds for the Carnamah Football Club in 1927[4: 20-Aug-1927]
