They ran the Swan Hotel in North Fremantle 1902-1904 and then the Railway Hotel in Parkerville 1905-1908 [6] [50]
They then ran the Richmond Hotel in Fremantle 1909-1912, and were at the White Hart Hotel in Beverley in 1915 and 1916 [6] [30] [50]
Their son served with the 50th Battalion of the A.I.F in France during the First World War and was Killed in Action [30: item 3033782]
Resided with her husband at the Commercial Hotel in Three Springs 1916-1921 [10: 24-Oct-1916] [19]
     Donated £1 to increase the funds being raised by the Three Springs branch of the Red Cross Society in 1918 [10: 21-Jun-1918]
     Attended May BERRIGAN's 21st Birthday held at the Agricultural Hall in Three Springs on 12 September 1919 [9: 19-Sep-1919]
    They ran the Commercial Hotel in Three Springs until mid 1921, when it was taken over by Nathaniel MCKENZIE [10: 15-Jul-1921]
Then or shortly thereafter they shifted back to Victoria, where her husband worked as a Builder [50]
