     He and his half-brother George purchased Barokee Farm from Mrs Mary O. ROBERTS in 1949 ^[3]
     The farm was 2,240 acres in size and was situated on the north side of the Coorow-Latham Road ^{[3] [62]}
     The property consisted of Victoria Location 880 and Lots M1287, M1288, M1474 of Victoria Location 2023 ^[3]
He and his brother also took up the 4,912 acre Victoria Location 9923 but it was cancelled in 1961 and taken by Clem BROUN ^[3]
Member of the Coorow-Waddy Forest Parents & Citizens' Association in 1949 ^{[5: 30-Jun-1949]}
    He attended his first meeting on 19 May 1949 and was welcomed by the chairman, Tom MORCOMBE ^{[5: 30-Jun-1949]}
Married "Pat" Ivy Olive DAWSON in 1943 ^[66]
Became a member of the Carnamah Masonic Lodge No.150 W.A.C. on 15 September 1950 [96]
In about 1965 he left Coorow and shifted back to Wongan Hills ^[P8]

Died 30 July 1970 in Wongan Hills; ashes interred at the Karrakatta Cemetery in Perth (Lawn 5, 5, 0003) ^[2]
