Won a 2nd prize for a Crayon Drawing at the Three Springs Agricultural Show held on Thursday 13 September 1934 [5: 21-Sep-1934]
Died 31 January 1938; buried Karrakatta Cemetery, Perth WA (Anglican, WB, 98)[2]

From The North Midland Times newspaper, Friday 4 February 1938:
"Obituary - Late Ronald Fogarty - It is with extreme regret that we record the death of Ronald James, the youngest son of Mr. and the late Mrs. R. J. Fogarty, of Three Springs. The deceased child, who was only 11 years of age passed away on Monday January 31 at Subiaco. A father, two brothers Norman and Bruce, and four sisters Beryl, Joyce, Joan and Barbara are left to mourn their loss. The funeral took place on Tuesday afternoon at 3 o'clock, the place of interment being the Church of England portion of the Karrakatta Cemetery."
