The "splendid farm lands" consisted of 5,395 acres 11 miles from Latham and 13 miles from Coorow [39: 27-Aug-1913]
The farm consisted of Victoria Locations 3270, 3271, 3272, 3273, 3274, 3276, 3277, 3278, 3238, 3239, 3290, 4118, 5246, 5564, 5787 [39]
On purchase 1,300 acres of the farm was under crop and an additional 1,800 acres of forest country had been cleared [39: 27-Aug-1913]
The boundary of the farm was dog-proof fenced in netting, was subdivided into paddocks, had three dams and one well [39: 27-Aug-1913]
There was a house and sheds the farm and "fine stabling" for a dozen horses [39: 27-Aug-1913]
In 1913 he had 1,300 acres under crop, which made him the largest grain grower in the Coorow district [9: 20-Jun-1913]
The mortgagee of Waddy Waddy Farm in Coorow sold he property by auction on 11 September 1913 to H. V. FRY [39: 12-Sep-1913]
