Following dancing and speeches he and the other five soldiers were presented with a cheques for £3 [4: 25-Sep-1943]
Private WX28309 in the Australian Army's 2/6 Australian General Hospital during the Second World War [16]
Discharged from the Australian Army on 7 February 1946 [16] and returned to Three Springs [19]
Labourer in Three Springs 1946-1955 and then Farmer in Three Springs from 1956 until at least 1975 [19]
Also a Motor Bus Proprietor in Three Springs for at least the years 1947-1949[6]
