     He was the I.A.B. Inspector for Latham, Perenjori, Coorow, Winchester, Carnamah and Three Springs in 1916 [152]
     His region as inspector spanned both railway lines, inland beyond the rabbit proof fence and as far west as the coast if required [152]
     In 1916 it took him 30 days travelling for eleven hours each day to fully go around his district as inspector [152]
     There were about 60 farmers in his district in 1916 who were receiving assistance from the Industries Assistance Board [152]
Gave evidence to the Royal Commission on the Agricultural Industries of Western Australia in Latham on 24 November 1916 [152]
     He believed the North Midlands was "absolutely" good enough for farming and that some of the farmers would be successful [152]

     Succeeded as Agricultural Bank Inspector for the North Midlands by Reginald WITHERS and then Francis V. FELS [5: 19-Feb-1937] [6]
