Contractor in Irwin, Labourer in Geraldton and then a Labourer in the Perth suburbs of Maylands and Bayswater [50]
Resided in Perth however was holidaying in Carnamah at the time of his death[24]
He was probably holidaying in Carnamah with his brother Frederick or cousins James H. ROWLAND or Clarence A. ROWLAND [19]
Father of William Joseph, George Forrester, Ada Mary and Ivy Rachel [15]
Died 2 April 1942 in Three Springs; buried Three Springs General Cemetery, Three Springs (Methodist, Plot 14) [24]

Bereavement Notice
"The wife and daughters of the late William A. Rowland wish to sincerely thank and relatives and friends for cards and personal expressions of sympathy in their recent sad bereavement. Especially do they thank Mr and Mrs J. Leonard, Messrs J. and C. Rowland and families, Dr Mayrhofer, staff of North Midlands Hospital, Mr and Mrs Thomas and Mr and Mrs S. Board; also other Three Springs people who helped in various ways."
