In 1921 his wife purchased the 7,708 acre Lot M1349, and in 1922 the 894 acre Lot M1368 of Victoria Location 2019 [27]
The two lots were purchased from the Midland Railway Company for £5395/12/- (14/- per acre) and £759/18/- (17/- per acre) [27]
Their farmland in and near Dudawa was concluded with a 6,813 acre portion of Victoria Location 2018 [44]

His wife sold 451 acres of their mixed farming land in Dudawa to D. John SELWAY for £5/10/- an acre in February 1930 [39: 22-Feb-1930]
