He owned the racehorse Jummery, which he sold to Charles B. DODD of Arrino in 1924 [5: 28-Jul-1933]
In 1927-28 leased 264 acres in Mingenew from Henry F. BASFORD in Lots M446 and M448 of Victoria Location 2021 [44]
His wife sold 451 acres of their mixed farming land in Dudawa to D. John SELWAY for £5/10/- an acre in February 1930 [39: 22-Feb-1930]
