The 2,568 acres was Lot M1613 of Victoria Location 2023 and was purchased from the Midland Railway Company for £1,220 [27]

In 1936 he was a Picture Framer and was living at 26 Dundas Road in the Perth suburb of Maylands [50]
Resided in Perth prior to enlisting in the Royal Australian Air Force in Perth on 10 November 1942 [16]
Leading Aircraftman 82437 in the Royal Australian Air Force's 17 Repair and Servicing Unit during World War Two [16]
Discharged from the Royal Australian Air Force on 14 December 1945 [16]
Later resided in the Perth suburb of Mount Lawley [2]
Died 31 October 1980; buried Karrakatta Cemetery, Perth WA (Roman Catholic, HC, 290) [2]
