The 1,901 acres was Lot M805 of Victoria Location 1932 and cost £475/5/0 (5/- an acre), payable by instalments over 15 years [27]
Her land in Dudawa was listed as care of her husband, who four days earlier had purchased Lot M808 [27]
Resided in Geraldton until 1913, and then resided on her and her husband's farm in Arrino, named Cintra, from 1914 to 1921 [19] [44]
From 1914 to 1916 she employed William J. WEST as farm manager of Cintra Farm in Dudawa, East Arrino [19]
Completed repaying the instalments on her Cintra Farm in Arrino, which she sold to Robert W. CONNOLLY [27] [44]
Later resided in the Perth suburb of Leederville [2]
Died 27 June 1934; buried at the Karrakatta Cemetery in Perth,Western Australia (Anglican, KA, 100) [2]
