In 1914 she was working as a School Teacher and living at 6 Old Glasgow Road in Uddingston, Bothwell, Lanark, Scotland [28]
Married Arthur Latham BARRETT on 19 December 1914 at the Church of Scotland in Uddingston [28]
Witnesses to their marriage were Kathleen M. BARRETT and her brother James K. FORRESTER [28]
She remained in Scotland when four months after her wedding her parents, brother James and sister Christina left for Australia [P1]
In 1929 she travelled to Carnamah, Western Australia where she spent an extended holiday with her parents [4: 21-Sep-1929]
She left Carnamah by train on Thursday 19 September 1929 and proceeded to Perth where she spent five days [4: 21-Sep-1929]
Departed Fremantle, Western Australia on the steamship Orama on her way back to Scotland on 23 September 1929 [4: 21-Sep-1929]
In 1956 she and her husband spent another holiday in Western Australia, and stayed with her brother James in Perth [P300]
