Purchased 13,715 acres of virgin land near Carnamah, Western Australia from the Midland Railway Company in mid 1926 [27]
     The 13,715 acres was Lot M1647 of Victoria Location 2023 and cost £6,586, payable by instalments over 15 years [27]
     11,000 acres of Lot M1647 cost 10/- per acre while the remaining 2,715 acres of Lot M1647 cost 8/- per acre [27]
In 1926 and 1927 his postal address was Carnamah, and he was stated to be "of Carnamah" [4: 21-May-1927] [34]
Purchased a new Case tractor from Westralian Farmers in 1927 [4: 21-May-1927]
In early May 1927 purchased a new Chevrolet truck, or Chev, from Carnamah dealer L. Scott WYLIE [4: 7-May-1927]
He put a notice in The Irwin Index newspaper in August 1927 stating that he was wanting to buy a scrub rake [4: 13-Aug-1927]
Married Maud Rebecca SEAMAN in Perth in 1927 [66]
In May 1927 he sold approximately 14,000 acres near Carnamah to A. Lancelot SHANNON [86: 17-May-1927]
Around the same time in May 1927 he purchased about 7,000 acres in Three Springs from Herbert P. OAKLEY [86: 17-May-1927]
In March 1928 he sold 7,100 acres of farmland in Three Springs to EVANS Bros for 50/- per acre [4: 17-Mar-1928]
Resided at 38 Holmfirth Street, then in the Perth suburb of Mount Lawley and now in the suburb of Menora, from 1930 to 1936 [6] [50]
Retained ownership of his 13,715 acre Lot M1647 near Carnamah until selling it to F. W. Gustav LIEBE on 10 May 1935 [27]
Later resided in the southern coastal Perth suburb of Coogee [2]
Died 13 March 1945; buried at the Karrakatta Cemetery in Perth, Western Australia (Anglican, WF, 254) [2]
